Fantasy Casting

The easiest role to cast was Jared Padalecki as Finnick Odair.

Very handsome? check!

Tall? check!

Not only is Jared physically right for the role of Finnick, but (as anyone who watches Supernatural can attest to) he can pull off the emotional range needed for the role. By far our easiest choice!

Enough said!

Who better to play Annie Cresta than Jared Padelecki’s real life spouse Genevieve Padelecki?  Not only beautiful, but more than capable of portraying the complicated character of Annie - this seemed like an obvious choice.

We had cast The Hunger Games, but after seeing the movie we were hard pressed to make the case for the actors we chose, so we thought we’d start with Catching Fire.
